About this scene
Brian asks what kind of jerk would drive a Hummer, and the next twenty seconds answer him in full. Seven lines across four voices — and two of those voices, Alex and Gloria doing “Hippo-hop!”, are the Madagascar clip playing on the driver's dash, so you end up dubbing a cartoon inside a cartoon. The Hummer guy carries the rest, escalating from a conversational “this car kicks ass” to a full open-mouthed shout about merging without looking. The shortest pack in the library at twenty-seven seconds, but three of its six handoffs overlap, so there is nowhere to breathe.
